Grounded in Functional Imagery Training (FIT), this program goes beyond traditional goal-setting, focusing instead on mastering the pivotal moments – the Choice Points – that have the power to reshape your athletic trajectory.

Meet the AUTHORS OF THE CHOICE POINT

JOANNA GROVER, LCSW

Jo Grover is a board-certified coach and member of the International Coaching Federation and the Harvard Institute of Coaching. Jo is the first in the U.S. to offer Functional Imagery Training (FIT). With 15 years as a sought-after coach and cognitive therapist, Jo has worked with Olympic athletes and top leaders at the U.S. Department of Commerce, KPMG, Citi, and IBM.

JONATHAN RHODES, Phd

Jonathan Rhodes, PhD, is a chartered British psychologist, researcher, lecturer, and performance consultant specializing in cognitive psychology. He helped develop Functional Imagery Training by raising performance levels of Olympic athletes, Premiership footballers and teams, business executives, and hundreds of others. A co-founder of Imagery Coaching and Lecturer at the University of Plymouth, Dr. Rhodes partnered with the British Army to develop the Pre-Commando Resilience Programme and currently supports the military and corporate organizations with culture change programs.
